Creative and Performing Arts enrichment class for Year 7 2018

The CAPA enrichment class is designed for students with an interest and talent in the Creative and Performing Arts (CAPA). The goal is to provide students with a holistic CAPA experience that fosters their abilities, creativity, and collaboration within and across each discipline of the arts. Whilst this program provides students with all the core subjects needed to fulfill the requirements of Year 7 at high school, they benefit from additional teaching time in the Creative and Performing Arts encompassing the NSW Board of Studies Dance, Drama, Music and Visual Arts syllabus content. As part of the learning philosophy around this program, it is expected that all students will also participate in the extracurricular activities offered by the school.

Our school welcomes applications from students enrolled at Woonona High School for Year 7 for the CAPA enrichment class. We are confident that this program of study and the academic and creative environment at Woonona High School will foster your child's talents and open the door for them to achieve their very best.
